My Story
I'm an instructional designer and eLearning developer who enjoys transforming complex information into engaging, learner-centered learning experiences. My work blends graduate study in instructional design with professional experience in online education, curriculum development, media production, and interactive eLearning development.
I believe effective learning happens when learners actively engage with authentic problems rather than passively consume information. Whether I'm designing scenario-based simulations, gamified assessments, sustainability education, or performance improvement experiences, my goal is to create learning experiences that improve performance and support meaningful decision-making.
